Order an ImageThis uniform belonged to Paul Bigley who was active with the Imperial Sovereign Court of Seattle and Rainier Empire, an LGBTQ+ organization which raises money for charity, organizes a series of galas and formal balls, and annually selects a royal court to preside over the events. Bigley reigned as Emperor Rainier XI in 1986. The uniform was used for court functions in Seattle and while travelling to other courts. The Empress who reigned with him was Winnie Thurzdae and together they were the “Ruby Reign.”
