Michael Loeffler has been making hats in Seattle since 1967. He has sold his Hatterdashery brand at Pike Place Market, Bumbershoot, and countless street fairs and art shows in the region. From 1983 to 2022 he had a storefront at 2914 NE 55th Street. This hat shape has been one of his most consistently popular, with versions made in a wide variety of fabrics. This one is a woven cotton from Central America.
