Order an ImageSeattle designer Deliane Klein sold her clothing at Design Products Clothing in Pioneer Square and Marlee’s in University Village. The donor purchased this dress to wear at the 1986 Expo in Vancouver. She wore it with a black suede belt. The dress includes pads on the shoulders. In 1991 Klein was quoted in the Seattle Times as saying, “As long as women have hips there are going to be shoulder pads.”
