Sansaire Sous Vide cooking machine, 2016

The Sansaire Sous Vide is an immersion circulator comprised of heating coils, thermometer, microcontroller and water-circulating motor that work to maintain a precise and accurate temperature to properly cook food in a water bath. Scott Heimendinger, who previously worked at IBM and Microsoft and was a Director of Applied Research at Modernist Cuisine, developed and created this commercially successful machine which launched in 2013.
