Tom Douglas is a reknowned Seattle chef specializing in Pacific Northwest cuisine who opened his first restaurant, Dahlia Lounge, in 1989. He has essentially built an empire in the food industry by opening over a dozen award-winning restaurants, an event space, a cooking school, and he has established a product line of cooking and food-related merchandise.
