Leather satchel owned by Ivar Haglund while attending the University of Washington, ca. 1920s

Ivar Haglund was a famous Seattle character who established the city's first aquarium on Pier 54 and a fish-and-chips stand that grew to become the renowned "Acres of Clams" restaurant. Ivar graduated from the UW Business School in 1928.
