Order an ImageCharles Joseph Ernest Blanc, founder of the Chef's de Cuisine organization, opened his Café in 1916 and it became the Masion Blanc in 1935. The menu featured gourmet food from around the world. The restaurant was destroyed in a fire in 1960.
