Super Bowl XLVIII was held at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey and the Seattle Seahawks defeated the Denver Broncos 43-8. The donor's first husband was Pete Gross who was the first radio play-by-play announcer for the Seahawks from 1976-1992. Because of Pete's Ring of Honor status at Century Link Field, his family members received all expenses paid trips to both Super Bowls that the Seahawks played.
