Batch No. 12 is so named because, according to the label, "It took us 12 attempts to find the perfect recipe for this quality product. Our search took us to Russia, Poland, Scotland, England, Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, and beyond." The number 12 also refers to the Seattle Seahawks 12th Man.
