Order an ImageRachel Marshall and her partner, Adam Peters, founded Rachel's Ginger Beer in Seattle in 2011. Influenced by the quality and craftsmanship of British ginger beers, they used fresh produce from local farms to brew their ginger beer. They opened several shops in the Seattle area and ship all over the US. Tragically, Rachel passed away in 2023 at the age of 42.
