Hammerbox was a Seattle grunge band which formed around 1990 with lead singer Carrie Akre, Harris Thurmond on guitar, James Atkins on bass, and Dave Birenbaum on drums. They disbanded in 1994 when Akre left to form the band Goodness. This demo copy of their debut album was purchased by the donor at Silver Platters at Northgate when he worked there in 1990.
