Order an ImageThe Pacific Brewing and Malting Company was founded in Tacoma in 1897 with the merger of Puget Sound Brewing Company and Milwaukee Brewing Company. The Pacific Beer brand was one of the most popular on the West Coast. This bottle was distributed just before the company was shut down in 1916 due to state-wide Prohibition. In 2014, the company was reformed by a group of local beer enthusiasts only to shut down once again in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
