Paper megaphone and popcorn holder from the Century 21 Exposition, 1962
The MOHAI collection contains a wide range of souvenirs from Seattle’s 1962 World's Fair, also known as the Century 21 Exposition. This item was designed to do double-duty. First, a concessions vendor would flip it upside down, line it, and fill it with popcorn. Once empty, it could be used as a small megaphone.
