Weather cartoon painting done by Bob Hale, ca. 1960s
Order an ImageBob Hale, weather reporter for KING TV in the 1960s, delivered his reports next to cartoon paintings he created as illustrations. The donor of this cartoon worked at KING TV from 1958-1968 and stated that, after the show each day, the Hale cartoons would be thrown away. He salvaged several from the trash during that time period due to his own personal interest in the paintings.
