Order an ImageThis model kayak, made of leather from a seal or other marine animal, is part of a large collection of native American and native Alaskan materials collected by Fred Anhalt and donated to MOHAI. Frederick Anhalt (1896-1996) was a Seattle builder who constructed more than forty buildings in this city between 1925 and 1942. Three of Anhalt's buildings were given historic landmark status.
