William Brehm and George Brehm opened Brehm's Egg Company in 1915, and in 1938 they had a fish and meat store in West Seattle. They then moved to University Way near the University of Washington before opening their produce and grocery delicatessen business in Pike Place Market. This white china plate is from that delicatessen.
