Order an ImageSnohomish County Day was celebrated August 3rd and 4th at the Alaska-Yukon-Pacific Exposition in Seattle in 1909. Special trains and boats were utilized to transport an estimated 7,500 people south from Everett and other parts of the county to Seattle. The visitors participated in special parades and events as well as viewing the displays at the Exposition.
