One of two swinging doors from Billy the Mug's Saloon, 1895

This is one of the two double swinging doors from Billy the Mug's Saloon, which opened at 127 Second Avenue South in 1895 and was operated by William Belond. In 1899, Seattle had more saloons in its business district than restaurants and dry goods stores.
