Calling all future leaders. Join MOHAI and Nonprofit Leader.org for Seattle’s third annual Youth Empowerment Day.
During this day-long event, teens will learn strategies for making an impact on issues that matter to them through engaging workshops, hands-on activities, inspiring guest speakers, and will even have the chance to win $1,000 in startup capital to launch their own non-profit organization.
Workshop session topics include:
- Advocacy led by Storytellers for Change
- Volunteering led by Seattle Foundation
- Fundraising Strategies led by American Cancer Society Washington State
- Social Entrepreneurship led by Angels for Angels
This event is open to teens ages 13-18. Lunch will be provided.
