Dylan is an engineer and researcher at the Distributed Al Research (DAIR) Institute. Their work is broadly focused on ethics in machine learning, particularly how it relates to data labor, classificatory systems, and identity. Their work also highlights communicating across disciplines through interactive articles, data visualizations, and workshops. Prior to joining DAIR, Dylan worked as a software engineer at Google Research.
